Hello Everyone I want to thank everyone who has taken the time to read about my journey these past eight weeks. I also want to thank all the challengers specifically the women in group 109. I wish them all good luck and everyone entering this eight week challenge. First of all I have to admit it is not easy to create good habits it is much easier to break good habits and adopt bad ones. These past eight weeks have definitely been challenging. Having to juggle being a full time student and working it was quite the challenge to fit in some exercise. Although I am pretty active for the most part. Starting this challenge I weighed the same as when it ended. So in part weight loss isn't my main focus but would have been nice to shed a few more pounds. During the course of this challenge I was taking the Yor SuperGreens, Great Protein, Digest Ultra and Repair Ultra. For the most part I was taking the SuperGreens daily. The Great Protein was taken when I would exercise and at times even if I would not exercise. The Digest Ultra was mostly taken with my main meals one to two pills a day. There were a handful of day that I would not take any of the supplements Lastly the Repair Ultra was taken also daily with the SuperGreens mostly soon after waking up. Exercise was not planned as I would exercise at the crack of dawn or late at night. I say the exercising was an average of three days a week. Some week of course if I was up for it I would exercise more than three days a week sometime twice a day. Of course there were day I got lazy and would exercise less than three days a week. Overall the amount of supplements and exercise I did is mostly recorded in the journal provided when we login. There were weeks that I missed jotting down. I am very thankful, entering this challenge I was really going for first place but then as the time went by and I started seeing results I felt as if I had already won. The progressive transformation is the greatest reward that I have gotten from these past eight weeks. Another impact the challenge has had in my life is that I am growing an interest in helping others or supporting them on their journey to a better them. During this best body challenge not only was the physical transformation a challenge, but it was an eight weeks on an emotional rollercoaster. Every time I felt emotional I'd get up and exercise. So I would have to say that along with taking the supplements and a combination of exercise have led me to were I am now. Ready for the next cycle of 8 weeks and can't wait to see the results then. Thank you all for your time!
