My name is Martina Christian, I'm 32yrs old. I work full time as an Architect and part-time entrepreneur of a meal prep service.
This is my second sitting of the YOR Health 8 week challenge. The 1st round went extremely well and upon signing up for 2nd round I had anticipated a similar experience. Unfortunately this was not the case. The reasons being is that although I was following the same plan In regards to the products I used and how I took them, I found I wasn't as consistent in my training as I was on the 1st challenge. Frankly speaking my head wasn't in the game as I had so much personal and professional obligations that interrupted my training schedule.

Outlined is my typical routine during this challenge:
??I took the YOR repair, digestive enzymes & probiotics daily as recommended. I also took the YOR super slim but only did 2-4 tabs daily.
??I had the YOR berry blast mixed with YOR supergreens on an empty stomach each morning.
??I also took YOR shake mixed with YOR fiber plus as a snack daily (usually post workout on the days I train)
??I added pink grapefruit essential oils to 2nd liter of water daily (I typically do 5-6 L water daily)
??My meals outside of the YOR products varies and mostly consisted of a balance of protein/ carbs & veggies for which I did a carbs cycling routine. I must however state that I probably had one too many cheat meals throughout this challenge cycle.

My training through this challenge consisted of more running sessions than weight training sessions unlike the 1st cycle where it was the opposite. During this cycle I was focus on getting back my running endurance level which may have adversely impacted my anticipated end results as I didn't sculpt as much as I had hoped going into this challenge.

Overall this challenge I've learnt a lot about consistency and mindset and the overall role it plays in achieving desired goals. I didn't get the anticipated results but in no means was it a result of the products I enjoyed and looked forward to taking my YOR products daily, as it was the only constant during my daily routine. The shake is delicious and the greens with the berry blast boosted me up throughout the morning, and on those cheat meals the YOR digestive ultra was a life saver as it definitely prevented that post cheat upset/unsettle stomach. Overall the products are a staple in my daily routine every since last October when I was 1st introduced to them. So I do take them on a daily basis outside of being in the challenge.
