After a six months stay in China, without doing any sport but eating a lot of delicious high-fat chinese food, I decided it was time to pay attention to my body and my health. As an active person, I've never had to carry about my body and I was used to eat and drink anything I wanted. But I’m not 18 years old anymore.. The Yor Health body challenge was the best way for me to realise my goal. I had just little muscle and a small beer belly. But I thought I would be able to gain muscle and weight easily. In fact, I first needed to lose fat and weight, even if I was already pretty skinny at the beginning. I was what we can call a skinny fat.

Finally, during the challenge, I lost more than 4 kilograms. And I can assure you, I ate a lot of food, healthy food with protein. Right now, I have the body that I had 10 years ago. No more beer belly. And I’m gaining muscle every week. I've lost 3% of body fat and gained 4% of muscle mass ! At nearly 30 years, I finally feel that I’m capable of taking care of myself. Because it’s more than just the challenge. It’s about feeling good in my body for years to come. And I’m not ready to stop doing sport and eating healthy food. So thank you Yor Health !


My routine:

Morning:
One cap. YOR Probiotic Ultra.
Fresh pressed juice, sometimes with 1 scoop YOR SuperGreen + 1 scoop YOR FiberPlus.
One bowl of Muesli.
45 min, training session at home (10-15 min warm up with jumping jack and 30 min interval training). Shake of 2-3 scoop YOR MRP Vanilla with water 30 minutes after sport.

Lunch:
Balanced meal with carb with 1 YOR Digest Ultra.

Afternoon:
30-45 min swimming session. Sometimes a shake of YOR MRP Vanilla.

Evening:
Balanced meal without carb (usually salad with white meat and soup) with 1 YOR Digest Ultra. Before going to sleep 1x YOR Repair Ultra.


I tried to do this 5 to 6 days a week even if It was pretty difficult to organize my time with my work.
