Hola mi nombre es Guillermo Contreras, tengo 38 años y soy de Durango, Mex. y estoy super feliz ya que baje 11 kilos en 2 meses y sin hacer ejercicio, les comentaré lo que hice:
Gracias al detoxlb que mi ayuno era de 18 a 20 hras (porque la verdad ni hambre tenia) y mi rutina era despertando ponía limón y gengibre en agua tibia, a medio día mi berry blast, antes de mi comida me tomaba supergreens con Fiber plus y media hora antes de comer me tomaba shape y vitaminas, en mi tercer bocado de comida me tomaba digest y para cerrar me tomaba mi shake, antes de dormir me tomaba probioticos y Repair y a dormir jeje.
 
No fue nada difícil se los super recomiendo van a ver resultados grandiosos y sin hacer ejercicio, ya estoy por inscribirme a mi segundo reto y seguir bajando de peso.
