Taking my photos and posting them was probably the scariest part of the challenge for me. Putting my flaws and insecurities out there to be judged by others was daunting however I was taking ownership of the coming 8 weeks and setting myself a goal, to believe in myself and not quit.
My days started off with a mix of great greens, fiber, berry blast & mixed berries.
With lunch & dinner and used the digest ultra. Dinners we're sometimes a struggle if family life caught me off guard, this just reminded me on how being prepared can make a difference. But the show must go on & it did!
In the evenings I enjoyed a peppermint tea to wind down after a busy day and a Probiotic before bed. I increased my water intake over the 8 weeks to help flush toxins.
I am already an active person so I maintained what exercise I was already doing but as my energy levels increased I found I needed to get out even more. I went back to hiking, something I loved doing before a knee injury 5 years ago which has improved dramatically since I began using Yor Health products.
By day 30 I was down a dress size.
I'm a true believer that the journey of weight loss and better health is more than numbers on the scale.
I sure am happy with the changes I have earned over the last 8 weeks.
By day 50 I am almost 2 dress sizes smaller, my energy levels are back up, I'm feeling fitter and faster.
