Soo back in 2012 I started playing basketball at a high level weighing in at 133kgs so I was super big. I decided I needed to lose weight due to the level I was playing, so I lost 33kgs in 18 months on my own.
I got comfortable and put back on 9 or so kgs. I was stuck at 109kgs playing semi pro basketball at this stage, another level higher again and I needed to drop more weight to keep up and better myself.
So my mate Thomas had told me about yor health, I was like "man this won't work" "it's crap" "I won't stick with it".
I'm currently taking the go green set, I go to the gym 4-5 days a week I do 2 bootcamp sessions in when i can and basketball on top of that, I'm more active and feel so much more confident on and off the basketball court I feel lighter so much quicker when I play.
