I can't express enough how much I've enjoyed the challenge and how grateful I am for the outcomes.The challenge brought me a new beautiful addiction called movement. I can't be one single day without any kind of physical activity and I love the energy of the healthy life style. I start every day with the YOR greens and the seriously amazing chocolate YOR shake ( great stuff for my evening sweet cravings as well) in my rich smoothies. I have every morning the YOR probiotic and the YOR digestive enzymes and it make such a big difference. I fell like i can literary digest easily anything and my digestion is like Swiss watch now. Big part of my daily life are the bare yor essential oils. My difuser is working nearly nonstop and I wake up with them, falling a sleep with them, breathing them, making my own combination of all cosmetic products and every now and then put some drops in water or food.
I have nearly achieved my set weight goal as I gained 2.5 kg and I believe mostly muscles. I didn't get definition I was hoping for but,I can feel much stronger in my legs, chest, shoulders and arms and I do feel the fittest I have ever been, flexible and boost with energy. I thing I have only missed 2 or 3 days of not exercising, but still working 10-12 hour shift full of movement on those days.
