Hi my Name is Josh and this was my second challenge and loved it!!. Since I started out with Yor Health I was around 86kg and before this challenge I was floating around 70kg. My goal this time around was to get rid of the belly fat that hanging on and to tone up. At the completion of this challenge I achieved my goal and got down to 68kg toning up and getting rid of some of the excess fat. I am really happy with my results and I have felt so much more energized.

I am currently training for a marathon. So I would start my day out with my super greens mixed with my fiber followed by a Yor shake. At Lunch and dinner I would use my ultra digest to activate my food. Before going to bed I would take 1 probiotic and 1 Ultra repair. It was the first time I have used the ultra repair and could not believe how much quicker I have been recovering from my big runs.
