My name is Ryan Don Paul, I live in Melbourne Australia. I have been a customer of YOR Health for over five years. I am a Sports Therapist and I love playing soccer!
Two and a half years ago I tore my ACL ligament in my right knee and it put me out of playing soccer. I have always been fit my whole life since very young and always had a good physique, but after my injury I got quite depressed because I couldn't do any sort of cardio or gym so I began to gain quite/ a bit of fat and was feeling the most unhappy I've ever been. If it wasn't for taking the YOR Health products daily, I would've felt and looked a lot worse than I did. But in saying that before I started this challenge I was very frustrated and ashamed of the way I looked as I always prided myself on looking good.
I was 72kg (159 pounds) when I started. My goal was to lose 5kg (11 pounds) of fat and get rid of the fat around my stomach region especially. Also to tone up my muscles a bit.
I knew it was going to be a real challenge because I was heading to the US half way through this challenge and I love food (not always the healthy type either) haha
During the challenge:
Morning;
I had YOR SuperGreens, YOR Fibre Plus and a drop of Organic Lemon Bare Oil with 400mLs of water every morning. Also one YOR Repair Ultra on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
As a snack before or after lunch i would use the YOR Shake with water.
Lunch & Dinner;
My first meal of the day was after 12pm and I would have my last meal 6-8 hours after that. I followed the Intermittent Fasting Program which I found worked really well.
With every meal I had one YOR Digestive Ultra at the start of the meal and two YOR Essential Vitamins about half way through.
Bedtime:
Lastly before bed I would have one YOR Repair Ultra and one YOR Probiotics Ultra with 300 mLs of water.
I started playing soccer again, so I would rub Peppermint Bare Oil and Black Pepper Bare Oil with Fractionated Coconut Bar Oil on the affected muscles and my knee if it was sore.. I didn't get to go to the gym as much as I'd like, to be honest I did about 1 gym session per week, if that..
I am pleased with the results I have gotten after this 8 week period as I have lost a total of 4kgs (8.8 pounds) which brings me to 68kgs (150 pounds), I'm feeling a lot lighter and more toned. Although I'm not at my ultimate end goal, I'm extremely happy with where I'm at. With being away overseas and not being able to follow my ideal regime, I am very proud of what I've achieved. I am looking forward to doing another cycle of the 8 week challenge and get to my ultimate goal which I know I can do, now that I've reached this cycles goal!
