Hola buenas tardes... Soy Jesús Barrientos.

Este es mi tercer reto... Y la verdad es impresionante los cambios que estoy viviendo en mi cuerpo, tanto físicos como de salud e internos, me siento con mucho mejor humor y activo, lo cual se ha reflejado en mi vida diaria.

Cual es la suplementación que tomo, la verdad es que todos, he seguido el programa DETOX LB en intervalos de ayuno intermitente de 12 a 14 horas, cada vez se me hace mas un estilo de vida, lo cual lo hace sostenible...

En este reto por cuestiones de trabajo no estuve haciendo mucha actividad física sin embargo, mi cuerpo se ha ido comprimiendo y aparecido algunos músculos y huesos que no me veia en años jejeje...

Estoy super contento porque habia batallado mucho por bajar de peso por debajo de los 80 kgs... En este reto terminé en 78 kg, perdí como 5 kg de grasa y gané 2 kg de músculo.
