Hi everyone! my name is Brendan.

It was definitely a big struggle when I was in school, I was bullied constantly because I was the only one out of the group of friends who was not skinny. This then carried on to high school where I was always afraid to take my shirt off comfortably, whereas my friends had that confidence.

Now expanding my knowledge and knowing that health and nutrition is so dear to us, it only motivates me more to not only help myself with health, but for the people around me and my community also to improve the quality of their wellbeing and lifestyle.

Being exposed to YOR Health for the first time was literally the best moment of my life. I couldn't ask for more: the products on offer and the amazing business opportunity. So my brother and I decided to purchase all of the products and to try them out. Surprisingly, our first use of the products couldn't have been better. We loved them.

Waking up early in the morning and having the morning shake:

At the gym:
