Hola!! Soy Leticia Rivera Gatica. Tengo 64 años y este es mi segundo reto. Tengo dos hijos. Uno de 34 y otra de 32. Estoy viendo cambios en mi cuerpo!!! Aparte de que me siento muy bien usando la línea de productos de Yor Health, estoy viendo que no obstante de padecer hipotiroidismo mi cuerpo está cambiando, cosa que tiene años que no veía. Los productos que uso son Repair y Probiotics en ayunas al despertar, posteriormente tomo Shape, cuando rompo ventana de ayuno con Shake tomo otra vez Shape y Vitaminas. Durante la comida y la cena tomo Digest y Vitaminas. He estado haciendo el programa de Detox con ventana de ayuno de 16 horas. Procuro hacer mínimo tres veces a la semana por lo menos 30 minutos de ejercicio en casa, siguiendo a diversos coaches en Youtube. Me siento muy sana tanto o mejor de cuando era mucho más joven.
