Tomé todos los suplementos de la siguiente manera:

Al despertar:

-1 YOR Repair con 300 ml de agua
-1 YOR Probiotics con 300 ml de agua

Como desayuno:

-1 medida de YOR Greens + 1 medida de YOR Fiber Plus + 1 Berry Blast mezclado con 1 litro de agua
-2 YOR Vitamins

Comida:

-2 YOR Shape antes de comer
-1 YOR Digest con los primeros bocados
-2 YOR Vitamins

(Cada día variaba la comida pero siempre era todo guisado e incluía: sopa, entrada, plato fuerte y postre)
