Hola mi nombre es Gabriela Alcaraz, tengo 21 años y mi motivación para hacer el reto es que después de mi embarazo quede con peso de más e hinchada, cuando comenze a hacer el reto note que poco a poco me fui desinflamando y bajando de peso. Sabiendo que mi metabolismo es muy lento y siempre eh tenido problemas para bajar de peso.

Mi régimen fue el siguiente:

En la mañana que me levantaba me tomaba mi SuperGreens, después de una hora me tomaba YorShake, luego en mi hora de comida me tomaba 2 Súper Slim, 2 Yor Essential Vitamin y 1 yor digest ultra después de 30 min comía un plato de proteína, grasas buenas y verduras, para la hora de mi cena me tomaba 2 Súper Slim, 2 Yor Essential Vitamin y 1 yor digest ultra después de 30 min cenaba un plato de proteína, carbohidratos y verduras y por último me tomaba 1 yor Priobitics.

Todo esto lo complemente con 1 hora y media de ejercicio pero cuando estuve haciendo el reto por 3 semanas no pude estar haciendo ejercicio, pero seguía haciendo el mismo régimen. Aunque solo baje 10 libras, mi abdomen poco a poco está volviendo a su normalidad.
