Realizaba ejercicio en el gym en base a rutinas estrictas, las cuales no me daban los resultados que al día de hoy e obtenido.

Comencé a realizar CrossFit en dónde conoci dichos productos de YOR, por lo cual decidí inscribirme al presente reto. Comencé a suplementar mi cuerpo únicamente con la Proteína "YORShake" (de vainilla para ser especifica). La cual la consumo por las mañanas después de entrenar, solo agrego la proteína, agua, hielos y muy de vez en cuando fruta con altos niveles de fibra.

Recién comenzado el reto contaba con un peso de 72kg, y al día de hoy cuento con un peso de 66k y 300g.
Me propuse pesar 65 kg para finalizar el reto, sin embargo me encuentro muy muy satisfecha con el resultado obtenido. Me siento ligera, más ágil para cualquier actividades física y muy muy animada a seguir dicho ritmo de vida para seguir mejorando tanto mi aspecto como salud física.
