Hola mi nombre es Yolanda tengo 47 años, estoy feliz de terminar mi tercer reto y quiero platicarles que empecé hacer ejercicio 2 veces a la semana (crossfit), me siento súper bien ya que con la ayuda de los suplementos de YOR Health me han ayudado a tener mejor condición física, más energía en el ejercico, en mi trabajo y día con día me veo más joven.
Por la mañana en ayunas tomo una gota de aceite esencial de limón de BARE Oils en un vaso con agua tibia, después me voy a Crossfit, regresando de hacer ejercicio me tómo 2 capsulas de vitaminas y una capsula de probióticos, al medio día Super-green, diez minutos antes de comer una capsula de Digest-Ultra, por la noche mi malteada YOR shake y antes de irme a dormir una capsula de Repair para recuperar mi cuerpo.
Lo que más me sorprendio de este Reto de 8 Semanas es que no baje de peso, porque lo mantuve y lo transforme en masa muscular, ya que estoy empezando a tonificar mi cuerpo.
