hola a todos ! Este es mi Tercer ciclo en el deto360!estoy fascinada porque los resultados son sostenibles y con mucho menos esfuerzo . Antes del detox batallaba mucho con marcar mi cuerpo, mi energía estaba muy baja , sufría de dolores de cabeza constantes y mi piel no se veía saludable.

Por la mañana, uso mis aceites bare oils . Mis favoritos son limón, jengibre y toronja . Uso mi supergreens y berry blast con dos cápsulas de Yor Shape . Mi primer alimento del día es a la 1pm . Uso mi yor Shake con mantequilla de maní o aceite de coco. A la hora de la comida ( proteínas y grasas ) , tomo mis vitaminas y digest ultra . Antes de dormir , repair ultra !!

Sigo con ejercicios funcionales y este ciclo combiné con box y rutinas de gym . No soy experta en ejercicios y con el detox se que no tengo que serlo! es tan fácil para mí. Se adapta a mi estilo de vida y tengo energía de sobra !
