My name is Stephanie Baltazar, I have been part of the YOR Health Program for 8 weeks now. At first I was a bit skeptical but soon everything changed. I stared realizing my eating habits weren't the best, but I stated limiting myself to healthier choices. Like cutting back on flour and sodas, and instead eating steamed vegetables with a side of chicken or salmon. The program also inspired me to go to the gym. I've been drinking plenty of water 15 minutes before every visit, and so far I’ve been rewarded with the loss of 21 pounds. Something I would have never thought possible before joining YOR Health. Thanks to YOR Health I now know the feeling of going from size 16 in jeans to size 12, not to mention my self-esteem has dramatically improved. Nutrition has definitely been the key, waking up every morning and starting of with 2 probiotics pills and 2 repair pill fallowed with YOR Health Vanilla Shake, and two hours latter drinking a super green. As well as 30 minutes before lunch taking 2 superslim and 2 digest pills. And finally before bed time 2 repair and 1 vitamin pills.
