This is my second 8 week challenge, and I must say it has been an interesting challenge! From going from unhealthy into getting healthy on the first 8 week challenge, this challenge I wanted to focus more on better management and getting to use my time and focus more wisely. I payed specific attention to certain areas I was working on. My goal weight was 160lbs, but I actually lost a pound from my start weight which was 145lbs. Right now, I weigh 144lbs and I'm alright with that. I wanted to work on my upper body and get a bit of a defined chest, and I got results that I'm happy with.
Also doing the challenge has opened my eyes up to new things. Whether we're doing this to get healthy, doing this to get fit, or for whatever the reason is, it is always important to keep the goal in mind. Remember what you're striving for, remember the reason you started, remember what you want to get out of putting your time worth.
