So this is my second 8 week challenge. I had really good success with my first cycle but then went on a long overdue holiday to Thailand and kind of ate too much good and alcohol.
My motivation to do my second 8 week challenge was definitely the birth of my son. I really wanted to lose those extra kgs and be filled with all that energy and confidence and just feel great again.
This time round i combined intermittent fasting with the Yor health products and weights and cardio regime.
First thing every morning I used
Supergreens,dietary fiber, berryblast
Then I fasted 16hours each day.
After each meal I took a digest tablet.
And at night before bed I took my probiotic.
My results have been even better this time round. I've lost more weight and I have even more energy.
