With this challenge, I decided to start building better habits. I started eating better and going to the gym (three times a week for the first 6 weeks, and ended up going 5 to 6 times a week for the last 2 weeks of the challenge).
I thought my body wasn’t going to be able to handle it but the products really are amazing, and I had no problem with the increased activity in my routine.
I took the Yor Shake with Yor Fiber Plus and Yor Super Greens every day after my workout sessions and I never felt tired or unable to go to the gym the day after. Before bed, I took Yor Repair Ultra; and Yor Super Slim right after waking up and before the gym.
After 8 weeks I can say that going to the gym and eating healthier has become part of my daily routine and now I feel a bit incomplete without doing them daily.
Not only do I look better, I feel better and have more energy. The results definitely push me to keep going and be ready for the Peruvian summer, finally achieving the summer body I always wanted.
