My name is Jesse Bliss, 26yrs old and a mother of 1 beautiful almost 6 month old daughter, Hazel. I can proudly and excitingly say that I have completed my first 8 week challenge. I have always been into sports and gym work and have always kept fit and toned, after falling pregnant and packing on 25 kgs I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Soon after I felt crap, I needed to change my lifestyle. I tried to eat healthy, I tried exercising but it didn't work because I was tired everyday, I felt like I was being a lazy mother. I was embarrassed about my body and didn't think I would ever be happy with my Image. Until I met Simon and he introduced me to YORHEALTH products!!!
I started the challenge with a few little goals most importantly to have a healthy life and lead by example to my daughter. I also wanted to be fit enough to compete in a jiu jitsu again. I did both of those things plus so much more over the last 8 weeks. I also won my competition in jiu jitsu and got a nice gold medal.
I saw results after ONE WEEK!! I used wake up every morning and want to sleep again, it took me an hour sometimes to drag myself out of bed. After day one of the 8 week challenge I felt like i had so much energy, I felt great and I was happy and excited. I was extremely strict on my diet for the first 5 weeks. I dropped alot of weight, more than I expected. I aimed to work out 5 days a week at least. That didn't happen and I averaged about 2/3 times a week, focusing on weights and jiu jitsu. I went on a short holiday and took all my supplements with Me, talk about extra luggage! the holiday put a little hold in the works, but I kept to my healthy eating and stayed as focus as I could be.
My days started with super greens, fibre plus, lemon oil and berry blast shake.
That easily got me to my lunch where I ate very healthy meals with my digestive tablets, I made myself raw vegetable and fruit juices everyday and finished it off with a very healthy, early dinner. I had probiotic at night before bed and during the days I also had slim tablets for the first month.
I needed to have my shake in the mornings otherwise I just didnt have the motivation to leave the house. The fibre also got my bowels healthy again, I was never an everyday kind of person untill fibre plus came into my life now I feel lighter and less bloated all day.
I am happy to have finished my challenge and I'm already wanting to start another. I know that my results can be better and I can really smash another challenge. I did this one with little exercise, focusing on my diet and products and the results are amazing. I only imagine what I can do adding in a hard fitness routine to go with it.
I love everything about YORHEALTH from the blue wrist bands to my daily green shake. my goal for my next challenge will be to maintain my weight of 65kgs and tone up to look and feel strong and be healthy. I can't wait to spread the word to the world.
