J'ai commencé les produits Yor Health pour une perte de poids.
Au début du programme j'ai surtout fais attention à l'alimentation et hydrater plus souvent dans la journée.
Pour le premier mois je n'ai malheureusement pas pu m'entraîner à la salle de sport à cause des horaires irréguliers mais j'ai compenser avec du cardio et des exercices au poids du corps.
Le deuxieme mois j'ai pu aller régulièrement à la salle de sport 3-4 fois
Ma journée :
7h00 probiotics ultra
9h00 Mrp chocolat, supergreen, fibre plus avec 2x vitamines
11h30 1x Superslim
12h30 Repas composer de protéine, légumes et aussi des glucides et apres le repas 1x Digest ultra àvec 2x vitamine
17h-18h après l'entraînement un Mrp chocolat avec 1x Superslim
20h00 Repas identique que le midi mais sans glucide et apres le repas 1x Digest ultra àvec 2x vitamine
Les weekend c'était plutôt cheat meal
Je suis content du résultat avec 8kg de perdu.
Apres ce challenge je continue bien sûr les produits et l'entraînement car cela deviens un lifestyle, pas juste un challenge de 8 semaine et on arrête!
