Este es mi 5 reto me siento cada vez mejor y cada vez es mas facil y mas rapido tener el cuerpo que deseas y definirte como uno quiere, cuando comence todo esto lo hacia mas que nada por verme mas fuerte y como de muy chico me molestaban mucho me hacian bullying empece en el gimnasio como empezo a cambiar mi cuerpo me gusto lo que veia y que las mujeres se sentian mas atraidas hacia mi jejeje entonces lo segui haciendo, ahora mas conciente lo hago por salud y para ayudar a mucha gente a darle consejos para llegar a sus metas de forma efectiva y de una forma mejor. Que productos tomo pues hago para empezar el ayuno intermitente o detox comenzando con yor shape, bebida verde una hora despues la proteina, comiendo grasas buenas, verduras verdes y proteinas y en el segundo periodo agrego los carbohidratos voy al gym unas 2 horas a lo mucho y veo cambios maravillosos, ademas de que me encantan todos los suplementos me encanta la filosofia de la compañia he cambiado para bien en este año y poquito que estoy en esto me encanta, lo que he aprendido y la gente que voy a ayudar auuuuuuuu
