Before the Challenge, I was 102 lbs. Even though I did not reach my goal, I am happy and proud to get to where I am now. The challenge has transformed me not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. It has helped me educate myself better with my health, not only how to eat better but also mental health that contributes a lot to my physical health.
Even though I did not gain 5 lbs. of lean muscle, I am still happy to learn and understand that every body is different.
My regimen would be a 30 minute cardio 3 times/week, following a strength training.
What amazes me is that, even though I have a very busy schedule, working almost 12 hours per day, and sometimes I would do a quick workout, the product is very powerful and very nutritious that it continues to transform my body.
