My name is Samantha and I have been struggling with my weight for years. 2 years ago I broke my neck due to a car accident so exercise is impossible. I started taking the You Health products and was amazed at the results. At the beginning of the challenge I weighed 165 kg and have been able to loose 15 kg in the 8 week challenge and would like to continue loosing until I am able to reach the 100 pound club.
I start my morning with the Great Greens, You Fibre and Berry Blast. I take a Yor Digest Ultra with my meals and a Yor Probiotic at night. If I need an extra kick during the day I am able to get that extra help by having a Greatful Protien with fruit and Almond milk.
I am so happy I was shown how to loose a bit of weight cause I know I would not survive the way I was living my life the way it was going.
