I have always struggled with weight all my life. I was always told I was too big or too fat. After college I continue to climb my weight to my peek of 189lbs, gaining 55lbs in over 10 years. I tried everything from working out at the gym, swimming, working with a personal trainer and nothing helped. I honestly wanted to look healthier and feel better about myself. I wanted to be able to look great on clothes without having to find clothes to hide the parts of my body that I was embarrassed about.
