Hola!! My before weight was 137lbs and my after weight is 142lbs. I gained a total of 5lbs. My favorite products were the MRP, Repair and the Super Greens; they helped me get the protein, muscle tissue repair when I was sore, the super greens helped me get the energy needed and the fiber plus helped me with digestion. I took the probiotics, fiber plus and digest ultra, the complete burn, the berry blast and the vitamins as well. I noticed the most results when I took ALL the products. I took the MRP twice a day!! and the Repair twice a day too. The super greens, MRP and fiber plus were so delicious blended together, sometimes with H2O and at times with milk to get those extra calories. I ate food more than before..about 4-5 small meals a day; my metabolism is quick so eating and taking the MRP was very important.
I exercised 3 times a week and sometimes 4. I did landscaping work for 2 of the days of the week, which I considered intense workouts!! I mostly lifted heavy weights, played a bit of Tennis which is a sport I love, did pull-ups, push-ups, and ab-workouts. I limited cardiovascular exercise since my goal was to sculpt and gain muscle weight.
