As the sole provider for a family of four I was very stressed, due to lack of time with my children, school and work. I sacrifice my time for money so I can make ends meet and provided the best future for my family. With my busy schedule I would either skip meals or have dinner delivered to work all the time. For the last 4 years I worked full time, went to school part time. and I gained 36 pounds in a blink of an eye. My husband said " Oh my gosh you're 12 pounds from 200!"
