Hello everyone,

My name is Cheng Her. I joined the 8 week challenge to change my unhealthy ways to become the strongest version of myself. Before I did the challenge, I was a little overweight and decided I need to lose weight. I would do a lot of jogging. I went from 180 lbs to 148 lbs and ate whatever I want to eat. It was very intense and I jog about an average of 10 to 15 miles a week for 2 months. I also ate whatever I could get my hands on and it was mostly process food. I notice I got to where I hit a plateau and didn’t lose any more weight. Because I wasn’t watching what I eat, I quickly gain the weight back. Jogging was never an exciting aspect that I enjoy and it took a lot of time and energy to commit to everyday just to achieve what I was going for. After about 3 months, I went back to almost 160 lbs. I didn’t feel good anymore, lost motivation and discipline.

Later, a friend introduce me to the supplements. I realize that it is important for someone to have the proper nutrition and exercise to live a healthy lifestyle. That’s why I decided to join the 8 week challenge to seek new healthier ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

Everyday I wake up, I take one repair, one probiotic and two vitamins. Along with 2 scoops of yor protein shake, 1 scoop of supergreens and one scoop of fiber. Then throughout the day I would snack 2 times with some fruits or boiled eggs. I would have one lunch meal and it would consist of lean meat like chicken or turkey. Once in a while I would add beef in to change my meal up. I always eat with vegetables mostly broccoli or spinach. Always before lunch, I would take 2 tablets of super-slim and 2 tablets of vitamins about 30 minutes ahead of time. After that I would eat and take 2 tablets of digest ultra. For dinner, I would take my yor protein shake, supergreens and fiber. Also, throughout the day I would take my berryblast to energized me. I would workout at home at least 4 to 5 times a week including high intensity interval cardio and weight lifting with lightweight dumbells. I would do squats, planks, pushups,
pull-ups, and situps.

I did this consistently for 8 weeks and I notice my body slimming down. I went from 158 lbs to 142 lbs. I feel great now and my mind and body are more focus now. Before I use to drink monster energy drink but after taking the berryblast I notice that I don’t shake anymore. Even though my body didn’t sculpt much but choosing to be in sculpt category, it really help me to be mentally strong and challenge me. My 8 week challenge has come to an end but I’m not stopping. I am going to continue taking the products and continue this healthy lifestyle. Thanks YOR Health for the amazing products!
