This is my first challenge and introduction to Yorhealth. I started at 115kg and finished at 110kg, ten kilos in 8 weeks! So awesome! I’m so happy!!
I began the challenge to help gain motivation after experiencing back and knee pain from being so overweight as well as the feelings of shame and low self worth that go along with being so heavy...
I’ve been following the 16:8 intermittent fasting with the following product routine:
AM:
SuperGreens + Berry blast drink
Super slim, probiotic pills
Midday:
Vanilla or choc shake
Super slim + Ultra digest pills
PM
Small healthy meal or shake
Super slim + ultra digest pills
I began exercising in week 4, however I got a cold which resulted in fluid on my chest which hasn’t healed properly yet, so my weight loss for this challenge can be attributed solely to sticking to the products and the program!! I plan on entering more challenges until I reach my final weight goal and I’ll be exercising as soon as the fluid goes... I’m so highly motivated and feel that this is something I can stick with, it fits so seemlessly in to my daily life and I find myself bragging about the weight I’ve lost and the products I’ve used to do it at every possible opportunity!
