I entered the 8 week Challenge so that I could have a goal to aim for. I started off weighing in at 79kgs and have finished on 74kgs so I am really pleased to have dropped 5kgs so easily.
I have been following the intermittent fasting programme where I have an eating window from 12noon until 6pm.
Each day I begin my day at 6am with a scoop of Supergreens, a scoop of Yor Fibre and a sachet of Berry Blast in a shaker full of water. I take 2 Super Slim capsules and 2 Yor Digest capsules with this.
During the morning I have a cup of green tea and a cup of black coffee.
At 11.30am I take 2 more Super Slim capsules and 2 Yor Digest capsules and then eat my lunch at 12 noon.
I don’t eat after 6pm and at that time I take 2 more Super Slim capsules together with a probiotic before bed.
I have honestly been eating whatever I like during my eating window so I was surprised to lose 5 kilos in the 8 weeks because normally if I was eating what I have eaten I would have put on weight!
This has inspired me to do another 8 week challenge straight after this one and actually eat as healthily as possible, exercise daily and continue with the Yor Health products so that I can get my body in shape for Summer.
My digestion has been amazing....the best in my life!
I will be sticking with this programme as it is really working for me and I find the intermittent fasting fits easily into my lifestyle.
