Hola! mi nombre es David y tengo 34 años, este es mi segundo reto y la verdad me siento muy contento con los resultados obtenidos.
Yo decidí comenzar otro reto porque ví una oportunidad de mejorar mi condición física y quizás poder ayudar a que otras personas se decidieran a entrar al ver mis resultados.
A pesar de que siempre he tratado de hacer ejercicio, me cuesta mucho trabajo mantenerme en forma ya que subo rápido de peso y bajar es muy difícil para mí.
Pero agradezco a Yor la oportunidad de
conseguir los resultados obtenidos en este reto!! me siento bien con mi cuerpo y aunque aún hay muchas cosas que creo que puedo mejorar, veo que rápidamente voy en camino a obtener el cuerpo que quiero!!
Para este reto utilicé como snack el Yor Shake 3 veces al día (mañana, tarde y noche) y el Super Greens junto con el Berry Blast antes de empezar mi rutina de ejercicio. Al terminar la rutina usé el Muscle Energy para recuperarme y Yor Repair para estar listo para la rutina del siguiente dia!!
