Hola, mi nombre es Antonia Segovia Marin
Tengo 35 años y el 28 de diciembre cumplo 36 y quiero estar mejor cada día .
Los cambios que he tenido es mejor condición física, metabolismo más rápido , duermo mejor, puedo hacer más cosas, mi cuerpo está más tonificado y marcado que es lo que quiero.
Mi plan de alimentación y ejercicio por 5 días fue 30 minutos antes del gym tomaba GREAT.protein con un plátano, corría 45 minutos y al terminar GREAT.protein más 50g de chocolate oscuro 90%cacao y comía 235g de proteína cero carbohidratos.
Después por 7 días la alimentación y la GREAT.protein igual, de ejercicio eran pesas una rutina de 20 minutos.
Los 44 días restantes consumía igual GREAT.protein
pero cambié mi rutina , como amo Pilates hice pesas,Pilates,descanso, pesas, Pilates descanso.
La alimentación ya incluía carbohidratos , proteína ,frutas ,verduras .
