Although this has been my 3rd 8 week challenge enrollment this one excited me the most because it helped me get my healthy life style back on track. Let’s be honest we are all Humans and fall off on reaching our health goals. I have been really busy these past few months and I didn’t really watch what I was eating. Until I looked at my self in the mirror and was shocked to actually see i had gained a couple pounds. I decided to enroll in the challenge to help me snap back to my healthy lifestyle. I made sure i took the YOR MRP + YOR Fiber after my workouts, the Yor Super slim really helped me control my appetite so I wouldn’t crave a bag of chips. Yor Digest Ultra and Yor probiotic Ultra are a big part of my life because I am still able to enjoy balances meals and can treat my self to something good with no regrets because I know I deserve it. Thanks to the 8 week challenge I was able to lose a 8lbs and feel and look great in my own body. Lets see what the next 8 week challenge brings. If I can do it so can you. !
