En este reto seguí con Detox 360, ayuno intermitente acompañado de los suplemos de YOR.
El logro de estos 56 días fue un poco más de masa muscular. La oportunidad, disminuir el porcentaje de grasa.

Me siento contento porque poco a poco estoy encontrando la fórmula para esculpir mi cuerpo acompañado de los mejores suplementos.
