Hey ladies and gents!
My name is Scott and I am 25 years old. I am a carpenter and been into health and fitness on and off for a few years.
I have be apart of the yor health team for 4-5 months now and loving the products!
I decided to enter the challenge because I wanted to cleanse my body of supplements I had taken years before. My digestion was not good at all and had trouble with my kidneys. Which everything is back to 100% and feeling amazing!
I’m still not at where i want to be, but will continue this journey till I reach that goal!
I have kept most of my weight currently at 75kgs but I gained muscle and lost fat it’s incredible.
I am very happy with the results, I have achieved goals in only 8 week, I feel full of energy and vitality, my digestion improved considerably, I will continue using YOR Health products to continue.
My training was 4-6 times a week, 1hour at the gym.
I followed the programme by using intermediate fasting. Would have lunch around 11.30am and eat from then to 6-8 hours after lunch.
My routine for every day would consist of:
morning: 1 scoop YOR SuperGreens, 2 scoops fibre, 1 berry blast, 3 drops of lemon oil in 350 mils of water and YOR Repair Ultra.

Snack; YOR shake and 1 YOR amino acids with water pre workout
