Hello everyone!!

My name is Alain Morales, I like to train in gym and to carry out activities that I challenge myself.

Start my second 8 week challenge with a weight of 82kg and manage to increase 1 kg of lean mass, lower the percentage of fat I feel splendid my physical condition improved remarkably I feel very happy

My regime was as follows
