Quiero compartirles que este reto para mi fue una gran lección ya que a pesar de que no tenía un entrenamiento formal me doy cuenta de que todo esta en la mente más que en el ejercicio.

Por mi trabajo de bienes raíces la energia que se emplea ahí es muchísima y a veces no me da mucho tiempo para ejercitarme. Sin embargo me las arreglé para dedicarme media hora después de despertar para poder hacer algo de entrenamiento que consistía en correr, hacer abdominales, lagartijas y ejercicios sencillos pero intensos para mantenerme en forma

Tomaba un vaso de agua con una gota de aceite de naranja. Rompía el ayuno con el Super Greens, dos horas después lo complementaba con malteada vegana o YOR Shake y las dos últimas comidas procuraba consumir verduras y proteinas y una dosis moderada de carbohidratos ya que soy hipoglucémico.

Me agrada el resultado de este ciclo y voy por más cambios
