Que tal amigos del reto, mi peso inicial era de 74 kilogramos, el día de hoy tengo un peso de 75.3, me revisaron el porcentaje de grasa y lo baje, el peso que aumente fue en masa muscular.
Los productos que utilice fueron MRP, berry blast, fibra, enzimas digestivas y super greens.
Hice una dieta balanceada y antes de hacer ejercicio por las tardes me tomaba un scoop de MRP en agua con te verde, 15 minutos antes de mi rutina me tomaba un sobre de berryblast en 250 ml de agua para la energía durante el entrenamiento, mis enzimas me las tomaba 1 capsula después del primer bocado en la comida o la cena, y por la noche tomaba un vaso de agua con una cucharada de fibra.
Mi rutina de ejercicios consistía de entrenamiento HIIT y TABATA 1 hora al día.
Sin duda me siento maravilloso, he logrado bajar mucho mi porcentaje de grasa y me siento lleno de energía, sin duda continuare haciendo varios retos más, me siento muy satisfecho con lo que logre en estas 8 semanas, no me cansare de agradecerles.
