Mi nombre es Daniel vivo en San Antonio, Texas y este es mi segundo reto de 8 semanas.
Mi peso inicial y final es de 150 libras, a diferencia de grasa corporal empecé con 9.4% y termine con 8.0%. Mi índice de masa corporal fue de 22.0 para terminar con 24.0, lo que me dejó como resultado un aumento de musculatura y perdida de grasa.
Durante el reto use el meto de ayuno intermitente. Apoyado con los productos Super Greens y Yor Fiber para romper una ventana de ayuno de 18 horas, una hora más tarde tomaba Yor Shake. A la hora de comida algo balanceado con protenias, carbohidratos, y vegetales. Por la noche despues de la cena un Yor Muscle Energy. Durante las ventanas de ayuno tomaba agua con aceites esenciales como el de limón y toronja.
Llevaba una rutina de pesas de una hora o corría 5 kilómetros 4 veces a la semana.
El desafío me a ayudado a mejorar mi calidad de vida física y mentalmente, ya que me ayuda a ser más disciplinado y mantengo buenos niveles salud.
