Hola a todos!

La diferencia en peso quedó por debajo de lo esperado (se que conmigo es difícil pero esta vez fue mas notorio). En gran parte estoy seguro que fue por no alimentarme de manera optima para crecer mis músculos con mas cantidades, especialmente con la Shake ya que en varios días solo tome una, cuando a alguien con mi estructura por lo menos son dos.
De todo lo demás lo consumí prácticamente todo y diario, menos la Yor Shape y el Muscle/Berry en contadas ocaciones.

Mi ejercicio casi no varió, 4 veces a la semana x 40 min.

Este ciclo fue de aprendizaje, en lo que debo de hacer, en lo que NO debo seguir haciendo y sobre todo de agradecimiento por las nuevas personas que llegan a enriquecer mi proceso.

Gracias Yor Best Body, poco a poco voy escalando la montaña y algún día tendré reflejado de mi cuerpo el rendimiento y aspecto que se encuentra en mi mente.
