Este reto lo hice sin comer nada de carnes ni lácteos y estoy muy contenta porque los suplementos y las esencias hicieron muy fácil esa transición. También el estar haciendo el detox LB me ha llevado a tener mejor energía y que sean más prácticos mis días.

Despierto y tomo agua con una gota de A.E de menta y me voy a entrenar para lo que me pongo una mezcla tonificante en el abdomen antes de irme. Entreno calistenia por una hora y para llegar al gym hago 15 minutos en bici de ida y otros 15 minutos de regreso a casa.
Entreno tomando berry o este lo tomo después del entrenamiento según se me antoje.
Al medio día Tomaba mi supergreens para una hora después comer y tomar mis vitaminas al terminar. Si se me antoja un postre un rato después de comer me tomo la malteada de vainilla o chocolate según sienta mi antojo.
