Today, I am celebrating the completion of my 8 weeks challenge! It’s a long journey and I am still very

far from attaining my long-term GOAL, however the past 2 months have been the largest milestone I

have ever reached! This health program has changed me- BETTER YET, THIS DIGESTIVE PROGRAM HAS TRANSFORMED

MY LIFE entirely! I have learned to eat properly and digest my food intake without trying very hard. The

digestive supplements and the ultra repairs work wonders! I simply love them! Has it been hard to avoid

all the good JUNKY foods? Well, yes and no. I won’t lie that at times I felt like giving up and return to my

old ways- However having set my mind to go through with my challenge and the desire of changing my

lifestyle is what gave me the strength to keep going. I didn’t quit all the good foods at all to be honest, I

just learned to eat in moderation instead of depriving myself. The digestive supplements and the

nutritious shakes and the Supergreen shakes were a key factor to my transformation! They gave my

body the proper nutrition while allowing my digestive system to rest and gain the energy my stomach

needs to process my food intake. Naturally, my cravings went away and today I can live without sodas,

junk food and sweets. For a person who was born literally with rice- I no longer feel the need to eat that

at every meal. Surely, I still eat rice, but only every now and then… And when I do, it gets digested right

away. My metabolism has gone up, my energy level is much higher, and I am now able to implement

exercise in my daily life. I don’t exercise intensely, but a bit of Zumba, cardio and yoga have become

part of my life and routine. I would say that with my busy schedule I only work out 3-4 times per week

and only for about ½ an hour each time.



My daily diet has been as follow:

When I first wake up, I take 2 Yor repairs and 2 YOR Probiotics Ultra.

Between 8-9 am I normally take my Supergreen shake with 1 drop of bare oil lemon essential oil.

Sometimes I add or substitute a ½ pack of the Yor berry blast stick. I normally don’t feel hungry until

noon. For lunch, I would have a regular meal with 1- YOR Essential Vitamins and 2- Yor repairs.

Around 3-4 pm I drink a vanilla or chocolate shake 2 scoops+ 1 scoop of the Yor fiber along with 2

super slims supplements. This typically would last me until 6-7 pm where I would have another

shake. Around 8 pm I would eat a fruit with some raw cashews, almonds or nuts. Sometimes I would

eat a yogurt mixed with raw almonds.

By the time I go to bed, I take 2- YOR Digest Ultra with 2 repairs.

This has been my daily routine for the past 2 months, with of course at least 1 gallon of water per day

to cleanse my body from toxins.

The last 8 weeks have been amazingly rewarding! Seeing and feeling the change in my body has given

me back the confidence I lost once upon a time. I used to hate myself to the point where I was

shattered emotionally- However, through this Yorhealth journey, I have learned to take care of myself

and I am falling in love with ME every day. Every time I pass a mirror, I pause for a second just to look at

the reflection and smile. I love what I’m seeing now. I love who I’m becoming… I LOVE ME SO MUCH

NOW!



I started this my journey to health at 201.4 lbs (91.4 Kg) to be exact. Today I weight 178.8 (81.1 Kg),

making a total weight loss of -22.6 lbs (-10.25 Kg).

On day 1, my waist measured 48” (121.92 cm). Today I’m at 41” (104.14), for a total loss of -7” ( -17.78

cm).

I am so blessed for having been introduced to this wonderful health program. Through Yorhealth, I have

met so many wonderful people. The Yorhealth family has been nothing but welcoming and inspiring.

My coach and mentors have been by my side every day, encouraging me day in and day out! This

milestone I’m celebrating today would have not have been possible without my newfound Yorhealth

family. I have learned that nothing is ever too far out of reach, nothing is impossible, and dreams can

come true! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

As I close this 8 weeks challenge with a huge thumbs up, I can’t wait to take on the next ones with even

more determination!
