Whoop Whoop I made it!! 100% committed and feeling 100% better than I where I was 8 weeks ago: “Feeling totally disconnected with and uncomfortable in my body”
Hi everyone, my name is Kat. I am a Mummy to 2 year old Ollie and the partner of 2015 YOR Australia’s annual Sculpt Winner Viktor Kolar.
This is my 4th YOR Best body challenge, I’ve yet to win a place lol but thats ok because I have felt amazing upon completion of each 8 week journey.
I decided to sign up for another 8 week challenge as I was feeling quiet sad & sloppy energetically and needed to give myself a proper challenge and time frame commitment.
What I did: I went on a bullet proof diet which is 1. NO carbs - green veggies all the way!! Sweet potato was a treat on the odd occasion. 2. NO sugar which accounts for all fruits, a handful of berries only was allowed. 3. NO alcohol (a massive challenge coming from summer in Czech where I drank beer daily)
To complement all of this I joined a gym and worked out 4-5 times a week a mix of cardio and high rep weights.
In beautiful harmony to all of the above I indulged in almost the full range of YOR products. For breakfast I had my YOR Super Greens* shake with water, berries, YOR Fibre Plus* a few nuts or a little coconut cream, a heaped scoop of YOR Chocolate MRP* blended with ice - Yum!
For each cooked meal I had a YOR digestive Enzyme* and just before rest I took a YOR Probiotic (The best probiotics! And I’ve been taking probiotics for 8 years)
I’ve heard on several occasions it takes 61 days to make a new habit. I’m going to continue my challenge another 5 days to engrain this beautiful new way of life into a beautiful new and healthy habit.
