Durante estas ultimas 8 semanas he estado consumiendo super greens, el yor shake, los digestivos y el yor repair de manera diaria, realmente para mi fue un gran apoyo el poder tener el shake y super greens ya que por lo general no logro comer a las horas por causa del trabajo y los estudios, gracias a tener los productos que podia consumir muy rapido y facilmente en mis trayectos me pude poner a corde a mi dieta y poder lograr los resultados que tengo, por el lado del ejercicio he estado corriendo esporadicamente para poder ganar condicion mas por cuestion de tiempos no lo pude realizar diariamente, mas el cambio que he tenido ha sido enorme en comparacion a los cambios que he logrado sin usar ningun producto o llevando dietas convencionales, aparte de esto el apoyo del coach David Uriarte quien nos invito al reto y nos siguio de la mando apoyandonos para poder llegar a los resultados que queriamos, se que si continuo utilizando los productos en definitiva llegare a cumplir mi meta y podre llegar a estar aun mejor de lo que he llegado a pensar!
