I decided to enter a 8 week challenge because I was feeling very un comfortable in my body, and Knowing that summer is just around the corner so the timing was perfect.
I wanted to feel like I had some confidence again and to be able to enjoy going to the beach and not be worried about how I looked and felt.
At the start of my challenge I noticed I started to feel better with in a week, I had more energy and was noticing progress, my tummy had stopped bloating and I was getting a more rested sleep
I would walk every day with my puppy and then train in the gym 4-5 times a week.
I still enjoyed the foods I liked as well, which is one thing I loved about being in this challenge.
I have a supergreens / fiber and berry blast shake in the morning, followed by vitamins and ultra digest with my meals.
Before bed I take ultra repair to help my body get rest and diffuse sweet dreams and take my probiotic to keep my tummy happy.
