Hola que tal mi nombre es Lidia Olmedo radico en la ciudad de Puebla México, para mi fue una bendición haber formado parte de este reto y de la forma en que yor Heatlh ha cambiado mi vida. Mi peso antes de iniciar el reto era de 57 kg y me siento muy satisfecha de mis resultados pues he llegado a 50 kg y de esta forma ya me considero una ganadora por el echo de haber participado y haber cumplido mi meta. Algunos de los productos y la forma en que los tomé fue yor supergreens para romoper el ayuno a las 11:00am y una hora después yor shake, a la hora de la comida 2:30pm comia de forma valanceda incluyendo principalmente proteina y un yor digest ultra y una yor essential vitamin. De 6 q 7:00pm me iba al gim para hacer una hora de rutina. Y Cerraba 7:30pm con una cena ligera e incluia algo de tocino o jamón. Y ya para irme a domir a las 10:00pm tomaba un yor probiotics ultra y un yor repair ultra. Agradezco infinitamente a Dios por la oportunidad de poner a Yor Health en mi vida y la forma tan avanzada y sobretodo sana de mantener mi vida saludable es una linea magnifica.
