mi nombre es celina mireles, tengo 10 años de casada, y tres hijos, 1 niño y 2 niñas, de profesion soy contador publico, y de ocupacion hasta hace dos años no definida, este es mi 4 reto, hasta el dia de hoy llevo 24 kilos abajo, y estoy feliz de haber encontrado esta compañia!. el metodo que utilice en este ultimo reto fue la organizacion de horarios con el detox, y los productos utilizados fueron y en el siguiente orden: mañana greens berrys y fibra, seguido de la proteina de vainilla o chocolate, a medio dia enzimas con mi platillo balanceado, y al terminar mi ventana de alimentos otra vez proteina, no fue constante pero si utilice las shape de dos a 4 veces por semana y eran 2 diarias. yor health ha venido a revolucionar mis habitos y mi calidad de vida.
