Hi, Hola, Nyob zoo to everyone! My name is Nyia, and this is my 2nd cycle. In my before picture, I weigh 112 lbs, and my after picture I weigh 110 lbs. I know the numbers isn't much of a difference. But hey! The challenge has taken me to another level. When I did my 1st cycle, to be honest, it was a struggle because all the old bad habits keep on coming back. But during this cycle, oh boy it was a blast! As I do add more weights to my workouts, more cardio, and a more balance of the products to my regimen, I started to challenge my best self at the moment. It wasn't easy, no I didn't love all the workouts I do, because it was something different. But as I continue to slowly add more different and advance exercises to my routine and use all of the products more, I slowly started to fall in love with my new lifestyle. On a regular basis, I would jog for 30 minutes and do various workouts from lifting weights to polymetrics, to circuits 3 to 4 times a week, all at home. To top it off, I would start my day with fiber, supergreens, and later complete burn. For snack and my post and after workouts, love the mrp. Today, I not only have total control in my active habits and my cravings but also at what time I got to do my due.
